Complimentary Delivery

Enjoy complimentary shipping in 3-5 business-days and streamlined complimentary exchanges with no extra cost.  Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be emailed once your item(s) has been shipped.  Any and all hand-painted orders will take 8-15 business days to produce before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted when merchandise is in its original condition.  Returned merchandised must be unworn and still have original tags and labels attached to merchandise (no exceptions).  ELIJAH RED™ reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements for eligible returns.  If requested return merchandise do not meet our company requirements post email approval, merchandise will be mailed back and refund will not be issued. 

Exchanges are only performed for a different size of the same item or another item with equal to or greater value in price.  Any and all merchandise being exchanged must be unworn and still have original tags and labels attached to merchandise (no exceptions).

ELIJAH RED™ does not permit any returns/refunds on any and all hand-painted merchandise.  Any and all hand-painted merchandise are only eligible for exchanges only once per order.

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 business-days of delivery.  The 14 business-day return window begins the day the order arrives at recipient’s address provided by recipient.

How to return or exchange merchandise

Please contact connect@elijahred.com.  Please send photos of item(s). Once photos of merchandise are approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed for orders only requesting an exchange.  Prepaid shipping labels are not provided for return orders.  An address will be emailed to the customer requesting a return or exchange.  Once return/exchange order is in transit, refund will be issued within 48-72 hours of verifying returning merchandise is in transit.

Processing Times & Refunds

When a return is approved and refund is issued within 48-72 hours of verifying return merchandise is in transit, a credit of the original purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be issued to the original form of payment.  Credits to accounts are generally posted to your account within ten (10) business-days from the day customer’s return was approved.  Depending on the financial institution of the original payment, it may take additional time for credit(s) to post to your account.  ELIJAH RED™ has no liability for any financial institution delays after refund has been issued to customer’s original form of payment.  Any and all returns are not eligible to be issued to alternate forms of payments (no exceptions).
