Does ELIJAH RED™ go on sale?
ELIJAH RED™ does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales.
What are HAND-PAINTED items?
Hand-painted items are items hand-made and hand-painted exclusively by Elijah Red. Please note that once a hand-painted item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.
What if an item is unavailable?
If an item or size you have selected is not available for purchase on ELIJAH RED™ website, please send us an email to inquire when the next release for that item will be.
Where are ELIJAH RED™ products made?
ELIJAH RED™ products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. Most ELIJAH RED™ products are made in Portugal. Exceptions include hand-painted items, which are hand-painted in U.S mainland.
In alignment with our mission, we are always searching for more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to develop products that have lower impacts on the environment, while still upholding our commitment to superior craftsmanship and quality.
How do I care for my ELIJAH RED™ item?
ELIJAH RED™ products are made with carefully selected materials and should be handled with care for longer product life. Each item will ship with an insert that details suggested care information. Ready-to-wear features an interior tag with precise care instructions.
Does ELIJAH RED™ offer a warranty on its products?
ELIJAH RED™ does not offer any warranties at this time.

We are constantly searching to find more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to develop products that have a lower impact on the environment.
How does ELIJAH RED™ guarantee responsible practices in it’s supply chain?
ELIJAH RED™ social and environmental responsibility standards are respected and consistent with our own commitment to the ethical and sustainable management of our business operations. ELIJAH RED™ uses a select network of trusted suppliers and works closely with them to make sure they comply with the ELIJAH RED™ social and environmental responsibility standards.
How do I know my size?
All knitwear is produced on men’s/unisex sized garments. If you are a woman selecting a size for a relaxed-fit, order one size up from your usual women’s hoodie and sweater size. If you are desiring a form-fitting look, order all knitwear one size down (I.e. a women’s medium hoodie is a men’s small hoodie and a men’s medium size hoodie is a women’s size large hoodie).
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Any and all orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section on our guest services page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
ELIJAH RED™ accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Discover
Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?
The following delivery restrictions apply:
- Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States.
- Items purchased from the U.S. ELIJAH RED™ website may only be shipped within the U.S. mainland and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship your order internationally, you will need to first have your order shipped to a U.S address and then ship your order internationally yourself. We are not responsible for shipping your order internationally after your order has arrived at your specified U.S address.
- Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each U.S location.
- Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrance may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of fragrance items.
- Orders containing fragrance products will only be shipped within the U.S. mainland and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, FedEx will always leave a notice for you to retrieve your package at a FedEx approved location.
FedEx will make a total of three(3) delivery attempts on three consecutive business-days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to a FedEx facility. Contact us directly connect@elijahred.com if you experience any issues after three attempts. ELIJAH RED™ does not possess authority over FedEx company policies and solutions to your delivery issues are not guaranteed.
