Return Policy/ COVID-19 Update

The House of ELIJAH RED has made the decision to adjust the merchandise return policy.  Returns of any merchandise will no longer be accepted until further notice.  Effective date 6/22/2020.  

 

Please be advised, the former merchandise return policy below will remain online for review only but is inactive due to our new COVID-19 merchandise return policy which is subject to a temporary policy until further notice.

 

1. Online Security

To help achieve the goal of providing quality products and services, the House or ELIJAH RED Shirt keeps no personal information from consumer purchases for your online safety.  Personal information provided on the website and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server.   When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area.

As The House of ELIJAH RED Shirt continue to develop the online boutique to improve the services offered this privacy policy likely will change adding even more security for your online safety.  The House of ELIJAH RED encourages you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis for you to remain updated on the current online safety policy.  This Online Safety & Security Policy was last updated on May 12, 2017. 

 

2. Return Policy 

The House of ELIJAH RED will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when proof of payment is submitted via email along with the hard copy of your receipt and/or digital receipt provided via email. Returned merchandise must include the original box and must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of delivery). Original shipping costs from purchases are non–refundable.

 

2.1 Return Policy

The House of ELIJAH RED advises you to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before disposing the original packaging. 

All garments must be tried on for fit and size on clean body surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping your garment. The House of ELIJAH RED cannot accept returns on garments that appear worn, damaged, washed, and/or possess of any body odor including cologne and perfume. The garment must be in perfect condition. Returning garments that appear worn, damaged, washed, and/or possess of any body odor including cologne and perfume will be refused if unable to be refurbished for sale.

2.2 Return Policy

The House of ELIJAH RED reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted and does not meet the requirements stated above, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

Every effort will be made to ensure a refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once your return has been processed. Once your return is received it will be inspected. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a credit will be issued to the original form of payment and only the original form of payment with no exceptions within 10 business days of your original purchase.  Please note depending on your bank/financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

2.3 Return Policy

The House of ELIJAH RED will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of either a purchase, exchange, and/or return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

3. Exchanges

The House of ELIJAH RED will accept garments kept in the original condition for an exchange. Exchanges must also meet the requirements stated in the return policy. Exchange garments must include the original box and must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of delivery in which your package was shipped).

 

4. Order Modification or Cancelation

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as you can to eliredshirt@gmail.com. The House of ELIJAH RED will make every effort to modify your order.  However, once an order has been shipped, your purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

5. Shipping

To ensure the security of your delivery, we provide tracking numbers to track the progress of your package in your shipment confirmation email. An email confirmation is emailed to the following business day.

For your security, The House of ELIJAH RED cannot reroute your package to a new address. Should your package reach it's destination and has either been lost/stolen/ and/or missing, The House of ELIJAH RED is not responsible for replacing your package.  

Once you have received your order, if you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all packaging and contact The House of ELIJAH RED immediately at eliredshirt@gmail.com

Please do not ship any garments back without being placed in the original box and a shipping package (I.e shipping package identical to the original shipping package your garment arrived in).

 

6. Additional Online Safety & Security

Please note all orders are subject for review and The House of ELIJAH RED Shirt reserves the right to request additional information in regard to your order and billing address.  This process could take anywhere from 24-48 hours.
